Home of the Future
The SMUD Home of the Future built by RJ Walter Homes is just that, the home built with the most forward looking technologies when it comes to eco conscious and energy efficiency. The Home of the Future is the second home in the state of California to achieve LEED Platinum Certification – the highest and most difficult certification by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). Countertop Specialists was proud to provide Vetrazzo and Paperstone for the home with help in part from their associated distributors. Vetrazzo was supplied for the kitchen island and fireplace surround and Paperstone on the kitchen, master bath, and laundry room counters.
